Strength doesn't have to be a solo journey! Our 12 week Gym Buddies program, run in partnership with The Barbell Project, is all about building fitness, confidence, and friendships together.

This block runs for 12 sessions, starting Monday 28 September 2026 and finishing Monday 21 December 2026. There is no session on Monday 5 October, as that is the Labour Day public holiday. We skip public holidays and add an extra week on the end, so you always get your full 12 sessions.

This is the Monday session. Gym Buddies also runs on Thursdays, so book the Thursday session as well if you would like to come twice a week.

Each session we mix things up with a new circuit based challenge, so there's always something to look forward to. Come sweat, smile, and grow with the most supportive gym crew you'll ever meet!

Pricing for this adventure under the NDIS may vary depending on the support ratio provided. We aim to deliver this adventure at our standard 1:3 or 1:4 support ratio and associated pricing. Please note that The Barbell Project charges its own $20 fee for use of their facilities and trainers, separate to this agreement.
